Grilled Salmon
Ingredients
5 oz. raw pink wild salmon, sprinkled with fresh lemon juice and dill weed
2/3 cup cooked long-grain brown rice (alternative: quinoa)
1 serving(s) tossed side salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar (2 cups leaf lettuce, 1/2 cup cucumber, 2 tomato slices, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar)
Instructions
Preheat grill or oven. Season salmon with desired seasonings. Place on grill or in the oven. Cook for 10-12 minutes turning once, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with rice and a side salad.
