I was one of the lucky people that was given the opportunity to take part in the 4-week weight loss program with Katherine. I have tried everything in the past and would do well for a while but would lose motivation, was starving, and end up giving up. Katherine’s gentle approach, very informative, and interesting topics made it an easy program to follow. I found myself looking forward to the Wed. night sessions where I had to be accountable for my week but didn’t feel judged if I didn’t do well (like after Thanksgiving). Katherine teaches that it is a lifestyle, not a diet. You feel better within one week once you are on the program. I have now signed up for the next 6-week program that starts next week. I plan to stay with Katherine until I reach my weight loss goal. I would highly recommend Katherine to anyone who is serious about living a healthier lifestyle.
